With a beautiful blend of buckwheat, linseed and white rice flour, the Buckwheat Sourdough is lovely versatile bread for daily use as toast or sandwiches.

Ingredients:

Filtered water, buckwheat*, linseeds*, millet, quinoa*, quinoa (non-organic), rice flour, tapioca*, potato starch, psyllium*, pea protein isolate, olive oil, salt.
