At Panna we work with nature to bring you healthy and organic sourdough, free from additives, gums and non-food ingredients.
We specialise in slow fermented sourdough, which promotes a healthy gut biome and produces a flavoursome and nutritious loaf. We freshly mill our own flours in-house and have spent many years perfecting our flour bends to bring you delicious and wholesome gluten free breads.
